Artist Impression - Home Renovation - 2 images required

We are renovating a home in Sydney. We require two simple artist impression views in PDF format, printable at A4 size.

We will provide you with the architect plans, a photograph taken from the vantage point of each image required, and a bunch of other photos to help you understand the location and surrounds.

I have attached pics from each approximate vantage point. You can either digitally render these or create something else, whichever works best.

Because its in a strata building (ie a block of 6 apartments) the objective is to show as little change to the building as possible other than the improvements that the works will deliver - more greenery; increased or preservation of privacy for neighbours; much more appealing streetscape.
