C# Developer Required for Website

We are looking for an ASP.Net C# web developer who can design a nice looking website/ mobile optimized and includes SEO capabilities on main web page.
We need a website with all details including paypal integration excluding the page after a member logs in. In our project after a member registers we need a survey add question, add answers create link view responses page per survey created.

Site must be secure so all text boxes need to have a limit and not accept < marks or ; mark and such ... etc.
once website is ready, developer will help upload it to our windows hosting on godaddy and ensure it works with no issues and send us all the code for future enhancements.
