Create a phone app

I need an app that will put together photos, music clips into an accessible storage area within the app. The app will also allow the user to create notes that can be stored within the app. The app will also include a daily tracker of moods and the rating result will trigger prompts with guides and information. The app will primarily be an interactive guide to support a person as they move through changes and challenges in their lives, based on a 7 stage interactive model of support that I have developed.
