ASP.net developer and have experience in iMacros.net to build a rest API.
iMacros to build the bot that scrape the data requested from google then send to the endpoint.

so the job will be
1-API will call the iMacros bot
2- iMacros will scrape data from google in 30 seconds.
3-API will return the data which is received from bot
4- limit the API to be 1 call every 5 minutes
