My website isnt working as I would like and I have been told its because i have some missing css code or need to write some css code.

The issues are:
1 - On the blog section, the featured image crops the image on large desktops making the image looks very badly composed - I would like to change this so it displays the full image but a larger version.
2 - on many of the pages, you have to scroll twice as the scroll stops at the top near the logo (on the homepage)
