Dashboard creation in Excel or Tableau

ReGeneration Schools manages four public charter schools, and we give internal assessments to determine if our students are learning what we taught them. We use the data from assessments to analyze why students made the errors they did and to plan changes to our teaching in response. This is one of the most important things we do for our students!

The deliverable for this project is a set of dashboards in Excel that use a standard template. These can be created in Tableau and exported if that is easier for the consultant.

The data comes from our Illuminate data system and from student and teacher rosters. Some data is easy to export in a useable format. Other data needs to be copied/pasted or manipulated after export.

We usually produce two waves of these dashboards - one after the first round of testing, and one after makeups are complete.
