We have a marketplace located in the country where Paypal/Stripe giving service.
People from some countries can not use our marketplace due to paypal/Stripe not given service.
(Paypal/Stripe do not exist in those countries and people can not create an account)
So, we like to create another website (another domain) to let these people pay us by credit card and use our marketplace.
(We will give a link from our marketplace to the new website for it)

We will receive money from them, make the payment through PayPal/Stripe on their behalf manually. We will charge a fee also for this service.

If you can create this kind of website we will share you a link as a simple (running website)
