We are looking for a developer or team of developers to design and build an online reservation platform for a member-based business. This would be a web based application / responsive design website / web app.
Functionalities should include:
-Ability for back end user to add new member profile / login to the system
-Ability for a member to see available items and select an item to reserve during a specific time slot.
-Ability to update and add equipment / items for members to reserve with tiered access.
-Certain membership levels can access certain equipment for reservations
-Ability for member to manage / cancel reservations and see upcoming reservations.
-Limit the number of reservations a member has based on their membership level. i.e. 2 weekday reservations pending and 1 weekend reservation pending. Ability for management to alter the number of pending reservations allowed per weekday/ weekend.
-Ability for admin to assign permissions to members. Ie. levels that members can access based on their membership level.
-Member profile page where member can upload pictures / files to their profile for admin to view.
-Check In / Check out procedure for a current reservation. I.e. When the member arrives for their reservation they can do a self check out before the reservation is active. This would include 1) checking into the reservation, filling out a preloaded form with questions, and taking / uploading pictures to the check out form. Once the check out form is completed, the reservation is active.
-Ability to track a reservation in process. i.e. When a check out form as been completed, the reservation is active. When the equipment has been returned, the member can mark it as returned and management is notified that it is returned.
-Payment Solution incorporated into platform - i.e. Ability to charge members for goods and services pre defended under the reservation. This is billed to a credit card on file or linked bank account.
-Messaging platform within the application where member can send a message to the company. A company employee will get a notification of this message and have the ability to respond.
-Member Level Access, Admin Level Access, Employee Level Access.
-Ability for admin level access to run reports on how many reservations are made per user, goods and services purchased per user, per time frame, etc.
-Section of website / app for admin to upload resources for member to view. i.e. training videos, maps, pictures, documents, etc.
-Integrated email and text message notifications. i.e. send email confirmations and text reminders for reservations that a member makes / has upcoming. Text or email notifications to admin users when equipment is checked out or returned.
Please include links or examples of software or platforms that you have specifically designed for worked on that are similar. How will it be hosted. i.e. My website, new website, Cloud based, etc
