Get correct DOIs in Open Journal System

We just got a DOI prefix from Crossref, and posted in in our OJS, but al DOI refs came out wrong, so I am doing something wrong, but do not have IT skills to fix it.

I have received a response from our team. As you have got DOIs now it would be best to contact Impactstory and let them know you have DOIs for your content. This will allow your content to become a target for Impactorys algorithm, as this is what drives our OA full text links. You can contact them.



Current the records from linked to your journal does not have any DOIs linked to them. I will share a sheet of the ones indexed within our database with shortlisted candidates. Could you please provide the DOIs for these records. I can then get this updated by our Data team.

The DOI now shows on our article, but link does not work

This DOI cannot be found in the DOI System. Possible reasons are:
The DOI is incorrect in your source. Search for the item by name, title, or other metadata using a search engine.
The DOI was copied incorrectly. Check to see that the string includes all the characters before and after the slash and no sentence punctuation marks.
The DOI has not been activated yet. Please try again later, and report the problem if the error continues
