Our company mails large volumes of documents for government agencies via the US Postal Service. We recently received Requests For Proposals (RFPs) from several agencies for sending emails with personalized messages in batches of 10,000 to over 100,000 messages. We need assistance setting up an automated system for mass emailing that can integrate with our current mailing software. We do not want to develop this product from scratch, but are asking for assistance from someone who has experience working with reputable Email Service Providers that send high volumes of transactional emails while maintaining sender reputation, avoiding blacklisting, etc.
