Looking for a detail oriented, technologically fluent administrative assistant to manage the schedules of several India based personnel.

Ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable with technology (Scheduling software, CRM, Slack, WhatsApp) - and can prioritize tasks. You will be provided scripts for each call/WhatsApp.

Your daily schedule will be:

1) Calling our clients to coordinate a meeting time and location for multiple teams on the ground in India with Indian clients
2) Confirming time and locations for client meetings and locations
3) Rescheduling clients via telephone and whatsapp

This can grow into a full time role, once you prove yourself.
