Injecting "call now" button into html landing page & Google conversion integration

hi everyone!
I have a landing page, which works on its own without any outer Wordpress/etc.

I need someone who can install the call now button onto the website with correct implementation on both web & mobile versions.
Also, after completing this step, there will be the second one - to set up the conversion event in Google ads. I know this part well, but I dunno where to copypaste the Google code so it would work correctly.

Also, I forgot about setting up the page to send the phone and name of call me request on the page to the provided email addresses. This thing I need to be able to change in the future, so I need someone to teach me how to edit it.
