Looking for interior design and 2 sets of plans / workable drawings with a 3d walkthrough for a small kitchen remodel and a garage to a home office/bedroom transformation, I have set a $5 rate for this... obviously this will not bet the set price it is open for tender. You will have to ask questions to assess the style and look and serviceability. I can provide images and dimensions and look for the number of revisions you will provide.
