Music competition App design

I would like an app that allows people to vote for schedules music competitions . I would like it to pull registrants from Eventbrite ticketing which has an api and integrate with Mailchimp.

There will be multiple competitions in multiple cities so the person will need to pick a state then a city and from there select a music venue that we upload that is holding the competition. After the select the venue then they select the date of the competion and it will have the performers that they can vote for but can only vote after the competition is finished . I want to be able to keep the results from each event .

There will be other features added moving forward but this will be the main feature .
