Our actual website is built in PHP over CodeIgniter framework.

We are in need of a more modern and easy-to-update framework.
The website is a directory for tattoo studios and artists.

- Login is managed through Facebook social login and Facebook Account Kit.
- Artists logs in via Instagram
- SEO is important for us
- Mobile Responsiveness is important for us

Looking for a developer that can rebuilt the front-end based on an actual template in html/css we already have.
