Need Help Reconciling Bank Accounts

I need help reconciling my business bank account checking and savings account from January 2016 to present. This is a new business and there are an average of 40-50 transactions each month. I use Quick-books Online.

If you are interested, I am also interested in hiring someone to perform quarterly reconciliation services after this initial clean up.
