Need someone to discuss Python, Tkinter coding with

Im looking for someone to discuss python issues with and provide specific solutions to particular coding problems. Most discussion will take place via Skype face to face to discuss particular problems or aspects of python more generally. I need to speak with someone who is knowledgeable, speaks English well and is able to be clear and straightforward in their explanations.

Im interested in Tkinter, web scraping, displaying data on Tkinter, Tkinter canvas, embedding a browser in Tkinter, etc
