We are looking for an experienced programmer / network engineer for some part-time project work. Must be highly skilled in routing, switching, network sniffing, packet capture, and overall internet technologies. Our goal is to capture all traffic on guest / public wifi networks. This captured data will be fed to IBM Watson AI in the format described below for further analyses. Recommendations and better solutions are welcome.

In general, Watson needs the following network data as input in JSON or CSV format:
- IP Flow information (src dst, IP, start end time, device ID / MAC / IP, application identification)
- URLs (web domain URL for HTTPS, full path URL (i.e., including HTTP path after domain) for HTTP)
- Device / MAC-IP association
