Part time employee

We need an HR recruiter to fine a part time employee to work in Niagara Area:

* work around 3-4 hours a day ( we accept 8 hours for 3 days a week)
* we have an office in 50 Fountain Plaza Buffalo, NY
* should have an experience in selling construction materials, at least few years, good speaker.
