My wife lost her Samsung phone at the beach. At the time she believed that all of her photos and videos were backed up on the Google Drive. This was credible, because she used the Google Photos app on her phone to access her photos and videos. However, when she went to the Google Drive on a desktop computer, they were no longer there, and she is highly distraught, since so many of these photos and videos were of our newborn daughter. Weve tried everything at this point, and with our limited technological knowledge we have not been able to retrieve the data. However, having used the Google Photos app I have a hard time believing that that data exists only on the phones memory. I believe it is still out there somewhere in cyberspace. Please help us; we will pay.
