Porting and tuning 7 algorithms from C++10x to GLSL OpenGL ES 2.0 MALI 400

I have OrangePi PC ( ARM based ) with Ubuntu.
The Idea is to improve application performance by running video processing algorithms on GPU MALI 400 is available. Possible migration to MALI 450.
I need GLSL expert to port the computer vision algorithms.

The development platform is available online

List of algorithm is:

Stereo rectification algorithm
Disparity interpolation
Median filter
Double Median Filter
Building height map
Morphological operations open and close
