Prospect Basic Details For Schools In Ohio, USA

What do we want?

Our company sells learning material to schools across the United States. We are looking for professionals who know how to prospect/scrape/data-mine basic information regarding schools in the state of Ohio. We prefer for this information to be taken directly from each school website as lists tend to be outdated!

How do we want it?

We want ONE MASS excel sheet (or CSV) that has the contact information for every middle school (also known as junior high) and high school (also known as senior high) and Academy. We also need the name and email address of executives such as school principals and district superintendents.

What schools do we want to collect information from?

Public, charter, private, and religious schools that teach a general population of students.

Schools to EXCLUDE: (our products are not made for these schools)
Cyber Online Only Schools
Elementary Schools
Kindergarten Schools
Vocational Schools (for people seeking a certificate for a job)
Colleges and post secondary schools (for adults after high school)
Schools for the pregnant
Schools that are exclusively for students with a disability such as blind, deaf, etc.

What information do we want on the spreadsheet by column?

School Name
Executive Gender (Mr. or Mrs. used for addressing for email campaigns)
Executive Name (First Name AND Last Name combined into one cell!)
Executive Title (Principal, Superintendent, etc.)
Business Phone (###-###-####)
Executive Email (REQUIRED or will not count as lead)
School Address (Street, City, State, Zip code)
State (In this case... OH for Ohio)
Notes (if necessary)

What else do you need to know?

We will do email campaigns 24 hours after you deliver the information and we will tell you the percentage of emails that are invalid or in error. If the information you provide is reliable we WILL hire you for more jobs right after this job is done. Thank you for your time.
