For this particular project, we are seeking a strategic thinker who can create a business plan for real estate development based in Seoul, South Korea. Here is a conceptual visualization of the development:

It consists of solar energy panels attached to the buildings, along with vertical farming and other clean energy aspects. The project is very much currently a concept but through this business plan creation, thoughts around architecture based on the current concept, as well as the financing, revenue generation through leasing, possible leasing targets (customers), etc. This is an opportunity to be very creative a develop a viable business plan. We are seeking creative individuals who can really bring this together. You will have full latitude based on this video and the following description you have full latitude to go wild. Each building other than the auditorium is at least 15 stories. Should they be 20 , should they be 40? What should the floor height be and why? You tell us - based on the budget.
Ventilation, stress testing, columns, cost of all materials (please itemize all materials for this) listing costs, manufactures, labor costs, based on publicly available information on labor wages, number of individuals, subcontractors , best available subcontractors of the building process needed.. all of these details need to be drawn up. The development will consist of a minimum of 20 restaurants and retail locations along the first floor that is connected via the walkway that connects all the buildings. Parking is suggested to be underground. Additional solar panel farm adjacent to the development. The development is seeking to be as self sustaining as possible in regards the grid and food production. What technology should be used? How does it work? You tell us. A plan of energy efficiency needs to be made- you have lots of creativity on this. Need information on the size of each unit as well as average cost of square foot in Seoul, and lending of plans regarding mortgage rates, mez financing etc. All details will be ironed out by you. At this phase, we are looking for someone to take on this project and create a business plan. We will hire a few individuals and then begin mixing and matching concepts of future projects.
