Resolving spam issue for 2 domains

Setup : We have a root domain A for which we have a GSuite account. We have a domain "B" which is a secondary domain to this root domain. We have another domain "C" which is an alias to the root domain. We use Pardot to send out bulk emails regarding our loyalty program.

Problem : For almost 3 years, we have been sending bulk email about our loyalty program using Pardot to thousands of customers using "B". We never faced an issue of our mails landing in spam. Since the last 6 months, we have been using "C" to send these emails. Initially, this worked fine for about 4 months. Since the last 2 months, a huge majority of the mails being sent using "C" are landing in spam. We also tried sending out legitimate one-on-one mails using this ID, but they still end up in spam.

We need help in resolving this issue. Specific goals are as follows:

- Investigate and come up with an elaborate explanation of the problem.
- Propose a potential solution to the problem.
- Help in implementing the solution with our technical team.
