Seeking PHP Developer with IBM Watson API experience

Looking for a Developer with IBM Watson Natural Language Processing API experience.
Work requires migration from the deprecated Alchemy API over to the new IBM Watson service.

Currently, the PHP scripts which are cron jobs, work through analysis of website text and extract entities,concepts,keywords etc. This is all via the aforementioned Alchemy APIs PHP SDK.

The quality of PHP coding on the script(s) is basic / not world championship standard.

Please do not apply if you are not already familiar with the IBM Watson API services.
Relatively prompt delivery is required due the deadline on when Alchemy will be shut down.
