SEO, SEM and Social Marketing expert needed

I am looking for an expert in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to maintain my website long term.

Skills required include: SEO, Keyword research and High Authority Link building, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Backlink Analysis Expert, SEO for local businesses (local SEO), SEO competitor analysis, increasing organic traffic and rankings, creation and implementation of SEO strategy/Action Plan, etc.

The social media platforms include: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn. I need these to be kept up to date with posts (messages, videos, articles). I will need someone to manage the ads run on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
