Shopify internationalisation updates

We want help with our shopify site
In brief - we need to look at a solution (for the time being) to deal with an issue we are having with locations and currency.

Wed like to move towards USA (showing USD) for Australia showing AUD....and with other countries to come.
We would like a solution (even if temporary) without going to ShopifyPlus - which we understand facilitates this quite easily.

I have used the 2xu as an example of the sort of thing we believe would work for u
