About Pointbreak Engineering:
We help California real estate owners, architects, construction companies, and contractors when they are applying for a building permit to begin construction on a new or remodeled building. Before the permitting authority approves the application, the state of California requires all plans be certified for energy efficiency. Pointbreak Engineering provides this state-mandated energy efficiency certification service faster and more accurately than any of our competitors.
One ideal customer is someone who has already applied for a building permit and been turned away because they dont have a Title 24 Certificate of Compliance. When they get home and start to search for providers of these certificates online, we want to be the company they choose to buy these online certificates from.
When the owner of a five-story condo complex needs to replace the HVAC system because it just went out, theyd contact us by phone or email from our website, send us their construction plans, Pointbreak would calculate their energy consumption, and wed send them a signed Certificate of Compliance in 1 to 2 business days via email. Those Certificates of Compliance are accepted by every building and housing authority in the State of California and will enable the owner to apply successfully for a building permit.
Our Preferred Website Style:
We envision a clean and professional engineering services website that builds trust in the eyes of the customer. We want the customer to know theyll get very fast, personal, and friendly service and we also want them to know that were a professional engineering company with hundreds of jobs under our belts. Because we sell certificates and engineering services, we do not have many product shots - instead we want highly relevant icons and graphics to clearly describe what to expect when they decide to purchase a Certificate from us.
Our number one goal is to get people to contact us after viewing our website. We need someone who can help us redesign our website to improve the call to action and get more visitors calling and emailing us. We understand we may need to write more content to fill in the website after its been redesigned - please make recommendations about what youve seen to be successful.

Animated pictures as backgrounds unless its done very sparingly throughout the website
3.
Animated transitions when scrolling throw a page
4.
Toogit.com user interface is too confusing with too many drop down menus
Deliverables:
1.
Update the theme of the entire website to be more visually pleasing and and get more phone calls and emails. We are interested in having the website both designed and installed (coded)
2.
Update the UX/UI of the home, about, services & pricing, and contact us pages (4).
3.
Custom images and icons to clearly describe what its like to do business with our company. We need images describing the problems the customer is facing (lack of permit to start work & delays in construction) and the solution we are offering (fast, online certificates of compliance),
4.
Must use Wordpress so we can adjust it later on our own with Elementor.
5.
Website must be tested/designed for function on iOS, Android, and Chrome/IE/Safari.
6.
Two Google Ads keyword-specific landing page templates that are significantly different from each other so we can A and B test with ads (2).
