Traffic Manager/Analyst

We are a large and growing health supplement company seeking a career minded, energetic and motivated Traffic Manager/Analyst to join this rapidly growing company who will be reporting to the Head of Marketing. The qualified Traffic Manager/Analyst must be a team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills who is proactive, highly motivated and a self-starter with a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic. Our culture requires being knowledgeable, caring, responsive and proactive in your daily work. This is a full time remote position.
Responsibilities

Review KOE Hourly and update 201 clicks as necessary
Analyze and review data in KOE, Real Deal, Other reports and take action based on limiters/rules/structures set in place
Present interpretations of data based on reports back to executive level management
Perform research on TEPC drops
Work with marketing and operations teams to diagnose and solve performance issues
To help monitor the quality of our traffic and make recommendations


Requirements:

Proven analytics background
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of
Ability to work U.S. EST
Fluent English speaker
