Video editing for Youtube

I have a Youtube channel and Im looking for someone editing them for me, making them ready to upload.

The videos are in French, so I need someone who can understands it, in order to make the best choices. The final editing needs to last between 7 to 20 minutes for the longest ones (rushes go from 8 to 30 minutes).

The result doesnt have to be fancy, but creative and really be able to hold the viewers.

We will start with one video. It can become a regular job, since I have a lot of them to do.
