Virtual/Administrative Assistance

Depending on your abilities , what I need is for someone to assist me virtually while I am on the road visiting clients throughout the USA.
Our business is involved in environmental engineering, designing and supplying products and solutions to engineering firms and utilities around the country focused on water and wastewater. Some of it is quite technical but we should be able to supply the templates and technical information needed.
While I am on the road it would be helpful to have someone who can write down my meeting minutes, handle follow ups which may mean sending pricing information or a formal proposal.

Assistance with tracking down the right people at the utility and maybe even arranging meetings plus hotels and travel.

It would great if I could send you the business cards after the meeting to ensure that the contact details are included in my exchange account and mail chimp.

If you have the skills then at some stage writing newsletters or information sheets to clients would be helpful.

Some weeks there wont be much work when I am based back at our office in Florida.
It is an international business which historically was mainly involved in Europe and Australia/Asia. Our main international office is in Australia and they will provide support. We are just in the process of opening up in the US market which is why help is needed now.
