WordPress and plugins for a Student to Trainer matching website using locations plugins.

Wordpress template, with methods for Teachers to advertise themselves, and Students to find a teacher and PAY a fee, using location to match student to teacher. Coder / developers who DONT use this key word barefoot will not be considered for this job, OR ongoing WP sites that we do.

I am looking for a WP expert that knows A LOT about what help plugins will make this site wasy to deploy

The specifications for BFS is below.

The template needs to be recreational sporty (maybe even retro from the 80s) and deal with WATER / rivers etc..(Needs to look fun)

each card will name a TRICK name.. Content ..a youtube video URL (image) and a series of images. and a FORWARD / BACKWARD navigation about next / previous trick. EACH TRICK will have a BOOK A LESSON LINK

Will explain the requirements, we are looking for a skiboat own who can teach barefoot, ideally with a crew member that can demonstrate, the revenue private document (content)
Issue of Conditions / Use of logo / use of name / weather / connecting to your student.
Form
Will have a captcha form where they register their details.
Field names needed: (Full name, address, state (drop down as above) Locations where they ski.(Tags) boat license number, details of skiboat, Image of boat, Image of crew, date of birth of trainer, state[NSW,VIC,QLD,SA,WA,TAS,ACT,NT],
Accept terms conditions, Chosen trainer/location)
Then PAY a fee via Paypal to register as a trainer of $100 per anum.
Fully refundable if no bookings are sent to you.

Conditions / weather / connecting to your teacher. (find a Barefoot teacher)

Field names needed: (Full name, Age, state[NSW,VIC,QLD,SA,WA,TAS,ACT,NT], dropdown choice Level of current skills, [Never skied before, 2 skills confident, 1 ski learning, 1 ski confident, barefoot learner, barefoot confident]
Accept terms conditions, search for filtered state, search for available locations, trainers. Chosen trainer/location)
Then PAY a fee via Paypal
for the amount of lessons they want. Each Lesson will be AUD$185.00


Footer > Feedback form. name, Select state, Trainer, Feedback memo field -STARS . submit

Optional > Voucher system so Bookers choose a discount voucher

Thats all I can think of for now, but there will be some minor amendments.
I will need to set you up with a WP administrator.
I will do this on Monday night.
