Responsibilities
- Assist with various implementation projects as they relate to Azure, Intune, and Office 365
- Maintain Azure security Compliance relating to HITRUST certification
- Administration of AlignCare Azure Active Directory
- Hands-on project work will include on-boarding new customers into AlignCare Managed Services offerings
- Administration of AlignCare offering via Web Administration portal.
- Office 365 deployment, administration, upgrades and integrations
- Provide VIP and "white glove / concierge" end user support including training new clients on the features and use of Microsoft Cloud Technologies (Office 365, Azure, and Intune)
- Day to day administration of O365, Intune, and Azure AD including policy and configuration changes
- Learn and expand your Azure and Cloud Security skills, eventually assisting with IaaS support including provisioning VMs, network and storage resources
- Perform direct follow-up with clients regarding remediation where appropriate
- Interface with other elements of the client support structure including tracking client issues, updating client tickets and ensuring closure
- Documentation of customer configurations (Visio Diagrams, project deliverables) as needed
- Virtualization and Infrastructure-as-a-Service Cloud environments
- Networking concepts: TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, NAT, VPN, VLAN, DNS
- Common protocols: HTTPS, FTPS (SSL) and SFTP (SSH)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft user & server operating systems
- Microsoft server software: IIS, SQL Server
- Mission critical data backup and recovery
- Network monitoring, threat detection/prevention, alerting and response
- Centralized, reviewed and planned operating system and 3rd party software upgrades
- The deployment, monitoring and maintenance of multi-tiered web applications
- Configuration of Vulnerability Management tools e.g. Qualys
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS or a related technical discipline is preferred
- One to four years of relevant hands-on administration and support experience with Microsoft Office 365 is required
- Prior MDM administration, Microsoft Intune experience is preferred
- Azure AD administration experience, including policy and configuration changes, would be beneficial
- Any relevant hands-on experience implementing, administering or supporting Azure (IaaS) or Cloud Security would be a plus
- Strong customer service skills and end user support experience
- Some experience training end users on the use of Office 365 features and functions
- Strong foundational knowledge of and hands-on experience working with Microsoft Windows architecture including general knowledge of system management best practices for Microsoft
- Some knowledge of or any relevant hands-on experience performing migration of customer data and applications to a managed service environment is a plus
- Current Windows certification is preferred.
