i, my name is Fernando, I'm currently studying the last year of college to become an architectural engineer, since I was in highschool I started to interest in architecture, so I started to learn by myself a lot of things related to the industry of construction. That's the main reason why I decided to become a civil engineer. I love all the things that involve the design and calculate of the structures, and I'm specialisating in structural engineering, and i enojoy a lot doing 3d modeling and rendering. I´ve been working for some people and builders doing 3D design and rendering for almost 4 years, so I've develop some good skills doing this like make photorrealistical renders, 3D complex designs, etc. I'm also good experienced working with autocad doing 2D plans of all kind, like structural, architectural, hidraulic instalations, electric instalations, etc. I know how to work with softwares like SAP 2000 to do structural analysis of different buildings . Also, i'm very experienced using excel, working with dinamic tables, and even creating sheets for calculating structural elements and to solve another engineering problems. I've learned for myself how to use photoshop and other softwares of photography edition in order to improve my rendering skills. I have worked on field as a work supervisor 2 times, also I have helped with the development of almost 50 plans for different buildings when I was doing my profesional practices. Also, I've been working as a cost calculator for 6 months, and I made 32 construction budgets for public infraestructure. As a 3D modeler and renderist, I had worked for at least 50 clients doing different stuff, since simple 3D models to photorrealistic renders for buildings, interiorism, furniture, stores, etc. I always considered myself someone who can create value for my clients or my employer, thats why I work harder to provide all my experience and skills solving the neededs that I face, I hope we can work together and create some amazing things thats help you to improve your work and to solve your problems. Thanks for reading this :D
