I have 7+ years of Customer Care Experience in a variety of roles. I have 4 years of experience providing Customer Care in a financial setting (trouble shooting and unlocking online accounts, taking payments, making account changes, waiving fee's, ect.), and an additional 2 years of experience working in Fraud Prevention for credit card accounts (reporting fraud charges, initiating fraud claims, verifying details for high risk applications, ect.). I also have 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and training experience where I monitored and trained anywhere from 60-120 Customer Care Professionals on a monthly basis. During all of these positions I would also be entering data into different ticketing/tracking systems.
