3D Lumber takeoffs

3D lumber takeoffs provide an opportunity for increased accuracy and improved customer presentations. All material takeoffs come complete with a 3D model. The model can be rotated, zoomed, and modified in AutoCad or Sketchup (which is available free online). The model comes complete with door openings, window openings and wall framing so you can ensure that nothing has been missed and your customer can see what they will receive. Also included is a material takeoff which includes dimensional material, wall sheathing, floor sheathing, roof sheathing. A complete model with roof trusses, roof truss bracing, engineered wood, floor joists, and drywall and roofing calculations can also be created if requested.
