Send us sketches for building plans, we will do AutoCAD design scheme & presentations. (Remuneration - INR 25000/-)
Send us architectural Design and details of site, we will do Shop drawings. (Remuneration - INR 45000/-)
Send us architectural Design and details, we will do perspective 3d views. (Remuneration - INR 4000/- per view angle)
To avail Only 1&3 from above services together, charges will be Rs. 33000/- (only two views)
To avail Only 1&2 from above services if hired, concessional prize of INR 65000/- will be charged as mentioned
Landscape design for site plan - rendered plan with planting plan - area up to 20000 SqFeet. (landscape plan, planting plan, plumbing & irrigation plan and electrical plan) - INR 45000/-

Please note that this service is offered only for Individual residential Bungalow building up to Site area 5000 SqFt..(465 Square Meters)

Landscape work will be charged separately for this work (INR 2.50 per SqFeet)
