As an ACCA student, yes, of course I am very much aware of the accounting standards and always try to work in accordance with the standards.

Are you able to produce the same financial reports in Microsoft Excel that also produced in the QuickBooks Online?

Yes, I am able to produce the same financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, Sales and Purchases) by proper data entry in Microsoft Excel.

How do you categorize income and expenses without knowing the details?

I use bank/credit card statement descriptions for the general transactions to analyze and categorize. After that I prepare a list of doubtful transactions to query about the transaction in excel sheet and sends the lists to client to clarify the purpose of the transactions.

Are you available to be my long-term bookkeeper?

How do I give you access to my QuickBooks Online?

Login into your QuickBooks Online account. Then, click on the top right Gear icon (cogwheel) -> Manage users -> Accountants tab -> Invite.
