What seller need from the Buyer to get started?

Please provide the following:

Floor plan and elevation plans or rough sketch with dimensions for the area/space.
Design pegs or design style. (Please feel free to discuss or share on how your space to feels and look like.)
Set of appliances, materials and textures (Brand, size and color) to be placed/incorporate on the area. (It'll be a big help if you could provide the brand and product code or website link.)
