      2. Will need the facility, patient's name, and date of birth.
      3. This service is solely to provide assistance by educational means; this is NOT advising toward any treatment or change in the care plan.
   2. Transcription / Subtitles
      1. Audio from any recording (TV, movies, audio, etc.,)
      2. Audio can be re-recorded by myself (female, age 29) or can be reproduced via Word/Google Docs
