I have been in the construction industry for 20 years, I do general bookkeeping, including invoicing, payroll processing, accounts P/R, paperless (digital) filing and just about anything else from time tracking, meetings, presentations, and a host of administrative talents. What seller need from the Buyer to get started?
I'll need to know the areas where you feel you are struggling and what your desired outcome looks like. For example, one client asked me to only do invoices and payroll. Another was having issues with his guys turning in their time cards and I helped implement a time tracking system using a mobile app. Which gave his electricians the capability to create invoices in real time, and get service calls billed out when complete vs weeks later!
