No. Everything is manually transcribed and manually reviewed/proofread. No transcription apps or software will be used to avoid errors. This work ensures the quality of the transcripts.
A client's trust is very valuable to me. Once the transaction is completed, all audio files will be deleted from my end. I NEVER outsource my files to other sellers. If you wish to have me sign a non-disclosure agreement, I am willing to do that as well. :)
