Required Scripting freelancer for Custom Google Chrome Web Tool job

Need developer to create a custom Google Chrome Web Tool & simple backend system.

Tool will need to integrate with a third party chat system and make custom modifications based on specific needs.

Front End:

Add visible time stamps to chat messages.
Increase notification sound
Allow agents to sort chat from top to bottom or bottom to top
color code chats based user
Allow agent to select and used a default canned response

Back End:

Create a system for saving all conversations for viewing at a later time.
Create a system to allow canned responses to be easily modified & updated (without needing agents to update plugin)

Important notes:

3rd party web software does not have a robust API.
Very important to be performance focused.
