Required Automation,Microsoft Windows Powershell,Windows PowerShell,Scripting freelancer for Powershell to perform cloning job

Hello,

Roughly I'm looking for a complete PS script that will:
1. Connect to Vcentre
2. Find the VM
3. Power it off
3. Detach the highlighted vmdks
4. Take a clone
5. Reattach the vmdks
6. Power on
Of course if you can do this in UI with progress bar that would be even better.
this is just on surface.. but the UI should have those input fields like power off, backup config, VM name, vmdks to detach, clone or convert to template, power on.
Budget can be discussed.
