We are looking for a junior to mid-level CRM and Data Administrator that has extensive experience in using FreshSales CRM, Zapier, Freshmarketer and Google Sheets.
We are a growing sports tour company that markets all over the world and has a growing salesforce that needs support in managing the CRM. Our biggest challenge right now is managing the various forms, workflows, and CRM data management inside the system in a quick manner.
This role would be twofold:
- FreshSales CRM Set Up and Implementation
- CRM ongoing administration (if part 1 is done well)
Requirements are...
- Strong written and oral english skills
- Can use skype and/or slack to communicate
- Can use asana for tasks and project mgmt
FreshSales Experience:
- Extensive experience with FreshSales...expected minimum of 100+ hours in FreshSales alone and should know all aspects of the tool.
Generating reports, creating dashboards, creating forms, moving leads/contacts in the system, updating records, creating workflow rules, Importing information into CRM (manually or with automated steps).
Freshmarketer Experience...
- Integration with FreshSales
- Setting up campaigns and tagging
Google Sheets Experience...
- Expert in using google sheets to manage and manipulate data into lists, segments, and different formats. Experience using things such as; filters, data validations, pivot tables, sort, CountA, CountIF, Summation and other data related functions.
Zapier Experience...
- Have set up and managed many zaps in experience
- Know to how to trouble shoot and fix broken Zaps
- Know the system well enough to fix problems with the zap before it is known.
Other Skills...
- Process oriented
- Ability to document procedures as you go
- Attention to detail
- not afraid to speak on the phone
- can manage completing tasks off of voice and video instruction
- Asks questions when unclear
- use whatsapp, skype, and/or asana for quick communication on projects
- available to make quick changes
- can work US East Coast Hours (not full time 9-5 but at least some hours overlap every day)
