Required Famous Cartoons freelancer for Cartoon Designer job

I am looking for an artist that designs cartoon portraits in Disney style for my store and is willing to work with multiple orders. The budget for the job is 10$ for:
- 1 color figure
- simple background that we provide
- 5$ for every extra figure (dog or person)
- free revisions
