Required Architecture,3D Modeling,3D Design,Corona,Visualization freelancer for 3D Render Specialist, Designer for Hotel & Restaurant Project job

20 Room Hotel, There are 3 floors, Ground Floor will be fast food restaurant, and the other floors will be hotels. Hotel will be located next to road. There will be 2 signage, hotel and restaurant will be different entities. I am adding autocad of hotels. Total area of hotel is 800 square meters (400 squaremeters for each floors) Lighting will be important. Also i am adding 3d designs of hotel rooms and cardboard model of hotel facade.. Ground floor is restaurant with 300 squaremeters closed, 100 squaremeters semi closed area. Ground floor is reserved for restaurant and bar.
