Required Apache,.htaccess freelancer for Htaccess File Mod Rewrite Conditions job

There are two parts to the project.

The first part is I have some files on my web server that I have manually gzipped. They sit right next to their uncompressed counterpart but don't have a .gz suffix. I would like the server to send these compressed files to the browser instead of the uncompressed files if the following conditions are met:

- The browser accepts gzip encoding
- The requested file has an .ico, .svg, or .html file extension
- A compressed version of the file exists

I've written something close, but it doesn't work.
