Required Transact-SQL freelancer for SQL Mentor job

Hello Toogit.

I'm looking for a SQL/T-SQL mentor. Here is what I'm looking for:
- Someone who can talk to me, define my level and help me to work on the SQL area I don't know.
- Ability to teach and explain conmplicated things in simple words is a must
- Prepper for me small daily challenges. You can take a sql challenge from a website, you don't have to make it up. You should not spend much time on that.
- We do not have to meet daily, you can provide me materials to learn and some challenges to solve. At some point, we can do a video conference where I can ask questions.
- At some point, I'd like to be able to read and write T-SQL
- First two weeks I'll pay $25 and if training goes well I'll pay $40 starting from week 3.
