Required Zendesk freelancer for Zendesk expert required for automation and optimisation of my Zendesk setup job

We are an ecommerce store on shopify that uses Zendesk as our customer service application. We currently are a small team with only 2 part time agents and a zendesk guide that has approx 50 articles. I am looking for an experienced zendesk automation and scripting expert that can review my zendesk setup and implement best practice automation, triggers, macro's and answer bot functionality to improve the efficiency of our customer support function. Aim of the project is to reduce manual customer service labour hours and improve response times, ticket deflection and enable self service with support of our Guide.
